Refund policy
There are no refunds. Two reasons why:
1) These are made to order in a multitude of colours. I don't hold an inventory and,
2) More importantly; contamination. I can't take the risk of a returned hide having been exposed to a scent and then reselling it to another customer. Thus if I accepted returns I wouldn't be able to resell them, I would have to destroy them instead.
Exceptions:
If it's broken or defective. Contact me. I will make it right, do not worry.
